Welcome to Solid Fitness Mentality. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our online coaching services. By accessing our site or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Solid Fitness Mentality provides online fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, and digital educational resources (eBooks). All services are delivered electronically via the Everfit platform or dedicated communication channels.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscription plans (e.g., VIP 1-Month) are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day notice.
  • For fixed-term programs (e.g., 3-Month System), full payment is required upfront or as agreed in the checkout process.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our programs and the immediate intellectual property shared upon onboarding (customized training plans, nutrition guides, and resource access), we maintain the following policy:

  • Coaching Services: Once a client has been onboarded and the customized program has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • Digital Products (eBooks): All sales of digital downloads and eBooks are final and non-refundable.
  • Cancellation: To cancel a recurring subscription, you must provide notice at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.

4. Health & Liability Disclaimer

Physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury. We strongly recommend that you consult with a physician before starting any exercise or nutritional program.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk. Solid Fitness Mentality and Horry Ahmed are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages resulting from the use of our programs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content shared during the coaching process—including training plans, nutrition guides, video content, and eBooks—is the exclusive intellectual property of Solid Fitness Mentality. You may not share, distribute, or resell any materials provided to you.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate our services to any client who violates these terms, exhibits unprofessional behavior, or fails to make payments.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
